Greg Wanchap
Mr Wanchap is Principal of Crowe Horwath, Business Advisors and Chartered Accountants.
He specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and capital raisings and is an adviser to corporations and privately owned businesses as well as serving on a number of commercial and community boards. His commercial background includes investment banking, manufacturing, and insurance and extensive experience in doing business in China. Mr Wanchap holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, Fellow of Taxation Institute of Australia, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.




Tony Denholder
Tony Denholder is Head of the Brisbane Resources Group at Blake Dawson. He regularly advises on the development of new mining and infrastructure projects in Queensland. Tony recently joined the national board of Blake Dawson, is a director of Cape York Partnerships and deputy chair of Expressions Dance Company

 

 

 

 

 

Jenny Hodgson

Jenny is a Producer with the Programming Unit of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and in 2010 was Managing Producer of Out of the Box, QPAC's festival for children eight years and under. Previously she worked for the Queensland Philharmonic Orchestra for eleven years, including seven as General Manager, and has undertaken projects with organisations such as the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, an MBA from the Queensland University of Technology as well as an A. Mus. A and L.T.C.L.





Jason Redman
Jason Redman is Principal Trombonist of Queensland Symphony Orchestra, and was appointed to the Board as Employee Director in 2009. He is also currently chair of the Artistic Committee which is responsible for overseeing artistic planning and administration.

He has appointed to the QSO in August 1990, and has appeared as a soloist with QSO and TQO numerous times. He completed his B. Mus at Griffith University in 1991.

Jason is also a Churchill Fellow, studying with leading US trombonists in the USA in 1996.


 

Tony Keane
Tony is Head of Corporate Banking Queensland for National Australia Bank. He has worked for NAB for over 30 years in various positions in SA, Victoria and Queensland. Tony has a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Swinburne. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia,  a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the CEO Institute.  

 

 

 

 

John Keep

John is the principal TyTo Corporation.  His background includes senior management positions with a number of high profile organisations encompassing both hospitality and the healthcare industry. Prior to this he was Group Company Secretary of Castlemaine Tooheys Limited.

He is a graduate of Macquarie University where he majored in Economics and Accounting and was part of the Heineken International Management Program at the European Institute of Business Administration in France.

John is a founding member and chairman of the Friends of the Academy, a group of professionals who share a common interest in the newly formed Queensland Academy for Health Sciences.

 

Karen Murphy

Karen’s diverse background brings a broad range of experience and skills to the role of company director. Karen is the current General Manager of Maurice Blackburn Lawyers Queensland and has recently led a $151 million national health reform program focussed on increasing organ donation for transplantation. Previously, CEO of the Royal Children’s Foundation she rebranded with the highly successful Working Wonders campaign increasing top of mind awareness and doubling fundraising revenues.  Karen has successfully lead massive cultural and organizational change to drive growth or deliver program outcomes. Karen holds an MBA with distinction from Bond University, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

 

Marsha Cadman

Marsha is Group Manager – Marketing Communication at Rowland, where she advises a range of clients on brand, marketing, communication, issues management and business strategy issues. Prior to joining Rowland, Marsha’s executive experience has included responsibility for brand, marketing, strategy, customer service and human resources across a number of sectors.

Marsha has a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Western Sydney. She is an affiliate of the Australian institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
