Conductor Daniel Blendulf

All tickets
General Admission. One teacher free per 10 students. Transaction fees apply.

An open rehearsal is the opportunity to watch a professional orchestra at work. See the musicians working with the guest conductor to perfect the phrasing, dynamics, tempi and all the other aspects of musicianship that creates the perfect performance. Both education open rehearsals will commence with a discussion about the orchestra and the repertoire and maybe an opportunity to meet a musician or two.

This open rehearsal will be a chance to see our musicians in preparation for the Maestro concert, Soulful Journeys. The program will include Skipworth's Spiritus and Debussy's Nocturnes.

The pre-concert talk will start at 1pm. The open rehearsal will run from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
