Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre

Conductor Philip Chu
Presenters Kris Straub and Paul Verhoeven
Choir Resonance of Birralee, directed by Paul Holley

In Video Games Unplugged: Symphony of Legends the QSO will play music from some of the greatest games ever made in a concert hosted by gaming funny men Kris Straub and Paul Verhoeven.

Music has always played a major role in the gaming experience and now game music rivals the scores heard in major Hollywood movies. The concert will include the live performance of music from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which won more than 200 Game of the Year Awards in 2011, as well as from games Uncharted 2 & 3, God of War and the newly released Diablo III. Also included is music from Final Fantasy VII and all new arrangements from BioShock 2, Assassins Creed II, World of Warcraft, StarCraft II, Secret of Mana, Civilization IV and many more. Supporting the music, a massive screen will showcase specially edited and timed visual packages from the games.
