What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to meet QSO’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness or driving ticket sales.
  • Create innovative and compelling social media campaigns.
  • Develop beautiful and engaging content across multiple platforms, that captivate a range of different demographics.
  • Engage with followers and build relationships with the audience through likes, comments, and shares.
  • Analyse social media metrics to optimise performance, undertake regular reporting. 
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to continuously experiment and try new things.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to ensure QSO’s social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to drive QSO's messages and reach a wider audience.

About you

  • Someone who has their finger on the pulse, knows all of the latest trends and actively tries to make new trends.
  • A people person who loves to connect with people, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to use a range of different media management tools. 
  • Experience significantly growing a brand’s online presence.
  • Experience using a range of video equipment, phones, SLRs, microphones and lighting to ensure a high standard of content quality.
  • Someone with a positive attitude, great outlook for the future, fun-seeker, open and curious mind, inclusive and a team player.
  • Design knowledge and experience, including Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
