Jordan Hall
Violin 2

Jordan Hall is a graduate from the Queensland Conservatorium, studying under Michele Walsh and earning a Bachelor of Music in Performance with Distinction in 2021. Since graduating, he has performed regularly in a casual position with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, and in 2022 was selected as an Upbeat Artist for Camerata - Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra.
A long-standing member of the Australian Youth Orchestra, Jordan first performed with the ensemble in 2017 and has since participated in many of their flagship programs. Most recently, he represented the orchestra on their 2025 International Tour: with highlights such as performing in Vienna, Amsterdam, Berlin and Sydney.
Jordan has also arranged and composed works performed by ensembles across South East Queensland, including Moreton Bay Symphony Orchestra, Redlands Sinfonia, Fusion Vocal Ensemble and Cadenza Chamber Players. In 2022, one of his orchestral works won third prize in the International Composition Competition of the Vienna Classical Music Academy.
His performance and compositional skill came together in his work with Ballet Theatre Queensland, serving as concertmaster and score editor of two original ballets - Snow White (2025) and Alice in Wonderland (2026) - both composed by Lucas D. Lynch.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys reading a good book, going to the cinemas, and playing board games. He is thrilled to now be a permanent member of the QSO 2nd Violin section in 2026.
