Murray Walker

Murray Walker completed a Bachelor of Music (Honours) at Monash University with further studies at the Australian National Academy of Music as a tuba player. Now a passionate arts administrator at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre in the role of Production Services Unit Business Operations Manager, he has previously worked as Senior Producer for the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Artistic Operations Manager for the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra, and Library and Resources Coordinator for Melbourne Youth Orchestras.

With a passion for making orchestral music approachable to everyone, Murray has created program notes and pre-concert talks for several performing arts organisations around Australia.
