Zubin Kanga

London-based Australian pianist, Zubin Kanga has performed at festivals across Europe and Australia including the BBC Proms, Aldeburgh Festival, London 2012, Borealis Festival, Metropolis New Music Festival, BIFEM and ISCM World New Music Days, as well as appearing as soloist with the London Sinfonietta and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. He collaborates with many of the world’s leading composers and is a member of Ensemble Offspring, one of Australia’s leading contemporary music ensembles. Zubin has won the Art Music Award for Performance of the Year (NSW), the Michael Kieran Harvey Scholarship and the ABC Limelight Award for Best Newcomer, and holds a PhD from the Royal Academy of Music, London.
